1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened not melted
2 tbsp shortening
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup milk
