Herb Marinade
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh marjoram
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
10-pound whole turkey, cleaned and drained well
